RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our products at LoveBaby Shop has been informed in detail before . Therefore, it may not be possible to process exchanges and refund. So, please check all your order before you buy it.

We will check the product before shipment, we send the product in good condition, so if there is damage in shipping process, it is outside our responsibility.

PRE-ORDER RULES
PRE-ORDER is a sales system that we do by providing certain grace period to purchasers to order goods. so, the buyer collects a number of orders within a certain time, and will send the goods after all the orders collected.
 
Currently we only serve PRE-ORDER sales. purchase provisions are as follows:

1. PRE-ORDER opened within a week.  
2. Buyers can order items by filling out the order form and make payment within one week.  
3. Delivery will be made two weeks after the announcement closed.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
 
Free Shipping in India. Standard Handling packages is included in charges. for handling gift package will be given additional charge.

Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped 2 weeks after the preorder time closed

Delivery Times
Shipping is between 2-5 working days, depending on destination.

Packaging
LoveBaby Shop packages all of its shipments in good materials to preserve your purchases during shipment and protect them from coming into contact with dust, dirt, or liquids.
